Juan Guerrero
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
Juan Guerrero was named Office Depot’s Senior Vice President, Supply Chain in April 2010.
Juan is a senior global Supply Chain executive with nearly 20 years of leadership experience. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Logistics and International Supply Chain with Starbucks Coffee Company. Juan’s previous roles at Starbucks included Vice President, Supply Chain.
Prior to working at Starbucks, Juan held the position of Director, Supply Chain Management with Yum! Restaurants International/Pepsi Restaurants International. He began his career as a Consultant at Mars Co.
Juan is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Economics.
Gerardo "Gerry" Lopez
Chief Executive Officer and President

Gerry is Chief Executive Officer and President of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Marquee Holdings Inc., and AMC Entertainment Inc. (AMC). He has served as Chief Executive Officer and President since March 2009, when he was also elected to the Company's Board of Directors. Lopez is only the fourth CEO in the company's almost 90-year history. Prior to joining AMC, Lopez served as executive vice president of Starbucks Coffee Company and president of its Global Consumer Products, Seattle's Best Coffee and Foodservice divisions. In these roles, Lopez led the strategy to support Starbucks' growth and expansion of consumer product offerings worldwide.
Lopez was previously part of the entertainment industry during 2000-2004, when he served as president at Handleman Entertainment Resources, which provided category management and pre-recorded music distribution services to Wal-Mart, Best Buy and other major retailers in the US and abroad. In his more than 25-year career he also has served in a variety of executive management positions with International Home Foods, Frito-Lay, Pepsi-Cola and the Procter & Gamble Company.
Lopez has been active on several public and private company boards, including TXU Corporation, Safeco Insurance and the supply chain startup SilkRoute Global. A native of Oriente, Cuba and a current resident of Kansas City, Missouri, Lopez earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from George Washington University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Luis "Lou" Nieto, Jr.
President, Consumer Foods (retired in June 2009)
ConAgra Foods Inc.
Lou was a president of ConAgra Foods' Consumer Foods group. In this role, he was responsible for the overall management and profitability of a diverse portfolio of brands and products. He joined ConAgra as President of ConAgra Meats in 2005. He was previously President/CEO of the Federated Group, a private label supplier to the retail grocery and foodservice industries from 2002 to 2005. He was also a Group President, a Corporate Officer and an Operating Committee member of Dean Foods Company from 2000 to 2002. He joined Dean Foods in 1998 after 2 years with Mission Foods, a subsidiary of the Mexican corporation, GRUMA. Prior to Mission Foods, he spent 10 years with Kraft Foods in various brand management and strategic planning assignments. Lou started his career with the Quaker Oats Company in brand management where he worked for 5 years before Kraft Foods.
Lou serves on the Ryder Systems, Inc and Auto Zone boards of directors since January 2007 and September 2008, respectively. He is currently a member of the Audit and Governance committees at both Ryder and Auto Zone. He served on the Board of Directors of White Wave, Inc., a Boulder, Colorado corporation, and of the Dairy Marketing Alliance, a joint venture corporation of Dean Foods and Land O'Lakes, from 2000 to 2002. Lou is a 1981 MBA graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration where he was elected President of the Latino Association and Vice President of the Marketing Club. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago in 1977 where he served in numerous student leadership roles and was elected to the Maroon Key Honorary Society.
In addition to his job responsibilities, he has been involved locally and nationally in the effort to increase educational opportunities for disadvantaged youth. He served as the founding Chairman of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School’s Board of Trustees from 1996 to 1997 and as a board member until 2000. He was also a two-term president of the Chicago Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs. He served as vice president of the board for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) National Education Service Centers from 1990 to 1993. He was a national board member of Inroads, Inc. from 1995 to 1997.
