Susan Medina

Prior to co-founding LatinoExecs, Inc., Susan Medina co-led Life Sciences and Consumer Practice Groups at a Chicago-based executive search firm. She developed a strong reputation for her consultative approach to search strategy, and established an expertise in building diverse teams and spearheading the development of Latino executive talent pipelines for dozens of clients.

Before joining the executive search firm, Susan was the Director of Talent Acquisition for a Fortune 500 organization, focusing on Procurement Technology. She holds a B.A. in Business from DePaul University, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Peter Gomez

Before co-founding LatinoExecs Inc., Peter Gomez was instrumental in establishing one of the most highly regarded diversity boutiques in the industry. He led the Life Sciences and Consumer Practice Groups, responsible for all client relations, strategy programs and search execution within these practice areas.

Peter holds over eight years of experience within executive and managerial search for Fortune 500 clients. He received his B.A. in Business from Lake Forest College and his M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Illinois.
